"A Vintage Spring Jar Swap"

Hi Dear Friends!!!

I wanted to share with you today a
very special swap that I was a part of.

My friend Michelle from "Something Special".
You can click onto her Button on my sidebar.
We were given partners and mine was Laurie
 http://indulgeyourshelf.blogspot.com
Please go visit her lovely blog. She also has
another blog called "Button Floozies"!!
Here is the sweet little jar Laurie sent to me.
Laurie fashioned a bird to sit atop the mason
jar lid.  What a wonderful and sweet birdie!!

Laurie filled the jar with some wonderful items!!

I fell in love with this cameo pin!! It reminds me
of a pin that I have that belonged to my Great grandmother!!

Here are three wonderful vintage glass buttons!!
Look at the beautiful green glass!!!!

Two tiny crochet doilies!!
So precious!!

Love the little tiny chick...it's sooo soft!!

Some pretty trims..I know I will use!!!

A cool resin bottle cap!!

A tiny little paper fan that you open up!

Laurie also included a Spring time stamp and a wonderful vintage linen tea towel.

Thank you Laurie for being a wonderful swap partner and for all the thought and love you added in this lovely creation!!

Please go visit Laurie at http://indulgeyourshelf.blogspot.com/
where you can see the vintage jar I made for her!!

I will also post mine here tomorrow!!

Love and Blessings to All,

Susan

  1. Okay, I just am so excited to see Laurie's creation. I knew you two would be great partners. I have been partnered with Laurie a couple of times, and both have been wonderful. I hope you both will post on flickr. I am really trying to get that going for the swaps we will be doing this year. If you can it is "The Honey Pot's Vintage Swap" at flickr.com Hugs to you Michele
